A Terms of Service is an important way to protect both the client and the artist.

• Not reading the Terms Of Service doesn’t excuse not adhering to them.• Fault in adhering to the Terms Of Service will result in a permanent block.• Usage of my art for NTF or Ai purposes is strictly prohibited.

• Commissions will be delivered in around two weeks to a month. This delivery time can be shorter or longer depending on my queue, but I will always communicate these changes with you!• We will communicate through Twitter or Discord (If you need another platform, discuss it with me and I'll see if it's possible).• I will always communicate the status of your commission: I'll reach out to you when I start working on it and when I finish each phase of the commission (Sketch, Lineart, Flats & Finals).• I reserve the right to reject a commission if I find myself unfit to properly deliver it, or if I feel uncomfortable about the order itself.• I reserve the right to cancel any commission and partially or fully refund the client if the client has acted inappropriate towards me. Refund amount is decided according to the stage of the artwork.• Please don't rush me. As you can see for the many satisfied customers: I do deliver! My trello shows all my completed commissions, and the status of every single commission I have. If you are in a tight deadline, please let me know, and we can arrange a rush fee!• I don't provide my art without my signature.
COMMISSIONER RULES
• All of the artistic work copyrights belong to me.
Proper credit is necessary when using or reposting your commission.• If you already ordered the commission, you can change the character if I didn’t start it yet.• The commissioner must send a clear reference. Additional art of the character is appreciated, but not mandatory.• You may not not claim my work as yours, sell it or edit it.
Breaking this rule results on you permanently blocked.• You can ask for however many changes you want, as long as you do it up to three times during the sketch phase. Changes after these and changes requested during the other commission phases will have to be paid before the commission is completed ($5 USD / 5€ EURO minimum charge depending on the complexity).• I reserve the right to post all my art on my social medias.
If you do not wish for your commission to be posted (i.e: birthday gift, etc) please discuss it with me.• The finished commission files will be emailed to you.
PAYMENT
All payments must be in EURO or USDYou can pay through:

• Ko-fiWhen using Ko-fi, DO NOT send payment without my knowledge.Commissions will be started when the full payment is given.
I will not start working on your commission until I have received full payment (unless a payment plan is arranged).• Upon discussing your commission, I will send an invoice so the payment can be completed.• Full payment is due within 48 hours, unless discussed otherwise with me before hand. If the payment is not sent without a given reason, slot will be given to another client.• I won’t do refunds unless I’m not able to fulfill your commission.• If you chargeback a payment you will be blocked permanently.• Payment plans may be arranged if you're a trusted customer in orders of +100€ / $100, but the commission won’t be started until the last payment has been received.If you have any question don't hesitate to contact me.I reserve the right to edit My T.O.S at any time without notice, so please make sure to read them before you order.If you want to order a commission, please contact me through Twitter, Ko-fi or Instagram.
